Another sunny weekend ahead
Posted by Heather
It seems the weather is on the change again this coming weekend with sunshine forecast! Although last bank holiday weekend was not so good weather wise, it did not seem to deter visitors coming to Port Solent. On that note we expect another busy weekend ahead. It may be wise for visitors intending to come to Port Solent to call ahead and book your berth on – 02392 210765.
Port Solent has seen a recent increase of new berth holders and would like to remind our current berth holders about our ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme of £250 for introducing and friend. The £250 goes to both parties which is a fantastic offer. Details can be founf on our website www.premiermarinas.com
We look forward to welcoming old and new visitors to Port Solent this weekend.

Join us for a Coffee Morning at Chichester Marina
On Sunday 6th June, Chichester Marina will be holding an Open Morning and we would very much like you to join us at the marina between 10am and 1pm.
Over refreshments, you will have the opportunity to find out more about what it would be like to berth your boat here and to pose any unanswered questions you may have either about Chichester Marina, or about boating in general.
We can also take you through our plans for the complete refurbishment of our Ablutions Blocks (showers and toilets) and give you a personal tour of the marina if you choose.
If you think that you might like to come along to the Open Day we would be pleased if you could let us know by contacting the marina on 01243 512 731 or emailing Chichester@premiermarinas.com
If you are not able to join us, but would like to arrange to come along on another day, please also let us know.
We look forward to seeing you there!

We are pleased to see the return of the Swan and Duck families which regularly reside at the harbour during the summer months. The Swans are now on a nest in the north harbour near the bridge. They have had four Cygnets which look to be thriving.

The duck family who have a tendency to nest on the back of the boat Caracyl have again made his tender their home. Twelve ducklings took to the water this week and can frequently be seen in the West Harbou

Swanwick Summer Car Parking Opens Early
Posted by Glyn

Summer in The Meadow
The summer car parking at the western end of the marina (The Meadow Yard) opened last week, two weeks early and in time for the Spring Bank Holiday.
Visitors, Marina and Premier Head Office staff, as well as Swanwick Tenants are being encouraged to park in The Meadow Yard to help free up spaces for Premier Berth Holders close to pontoon bridgeheads.
These and the additional spaces created as a result of the demolition of the boat shed at the eastern end of the marina will improve car parking for everyone who uses the marina.
