Moody 379 has been conceived as primarily a yacht, which will be a pleasure to own and sail. A yacht equally at home cruising with the family or racing with your friends. The Moody 379 has a masthead rig of high aspect ratio. The fo'c's'le is arranged with sail bins to port and starboard, with folding pipe cots over, pipe cots fitted with terylene bases, loose mattresses, stowage locker, hatch to deck. The toilet compartment includes a wash basin, pressurised hot and cold water taps, stowage lockers, fixed window. Saloon has an 'L' shaped settee to starboard converting to single berth, pilot berth above and outboard to starboard, settee berth to port with cocktail cabinet, stowage locker, hanging locker/oilskin locker forward. Table with folding leaves, opening skylight. Galley is to port, arranged with cooker, ice box, sink complete with hot and cold pressurised taps and an emergency fresh water hand pump, stowage locker. Aft cabin is separated by a door from the remainder of the accommodation, a large double berth to port, which can be divided into two at sea, and a single berth to starboard, also to starboard is a wardrobe, and there is a dressing table aft, and opening window.
