...This work is essential in ensuring the ongoing integrity of the jetties and will be completed with minimal disruption to normal conditions.Channel dredging commences in late May with contractor ML Dredging, channel entrance to be dredged to 2.0m below chart datum. The main navigational bouys will be lifted and therefore off station, a "Notice to mariner" will be issued advising mariners of channel conditions.
