Plus customers will now be able to use all their 12 visitor nights in one go.
The Premier Advantage scheme offers berth holders benefits such as Fuel at Cost; inclusive storage ashore; 12 free visitor nights at other Premier marinas; cruising credit; 10% boatyard discount; 4% brokerage commission and complimentary boat movements.
As a result of market research focus groups held for our customers in the summer of 2008, the Premier Advantage has been simplified to only include the benefits that our customers value the highest.
As part of the new Premier Advantage berth holders will be issued with a personal card with a FREE mechanical advice phone number operated by Sea Start.
Berth holders can ring the number on the card and speak to trained experience marine engineers who will be able to advise on any kind of technical marine problem.
The card also enables non Sea Start members to join and have their membership fee frozen for 3 years, plus if they are non members and call Sea Start out it entitles them to a 20% discount on the call out fee.
The Marine Emergency Support part of the Premier Advantage has been replaced with a free cover for customers berthing fees in the event of personal accident or illness and free travel insurance for skippers and crew.
Premier has been offering its own insurance now for 18 months and has been very successful at offering a full product at a great price. The Premier Marine Insurance scheme guarantees to beat the cost of customers existing insurance cover, so much so that they will give the customer £10* if they can't.
