Q. Will there be someone at Marina reception to call on 24 hours a day?

A. Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call in, call on 023 9252 4811 or use VHF channel 80 to speak to us without leaving your vessel.

Q. When is the fuel pontoon open?

A. Fuel is available 24 hours a day to account holders. Premier staff man the fuel pontoon opposite C Jetty from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday, from April 1st to October 1st. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, we stay open until 8.45pm. In winter, the pontoon is manned 9am to 3pm, seven days a week.

Q. How often do the ferries run from here to Gunwharf Quays?

A. At least every 15 minutes, from 5.30am to midnight. During morning and evening rush hour, there are eight crossings an hour. Adult return £2, Child return £1.30.

Q. What is the largest berth at Gosport Marina?

A. Up to 25m. We can take larger on request but please contact us well in advance, as we need to obtain permission from the Queen's Harbour Master.

Q. I need to get some work done on my new boat. Are there people on site or locally that can assist?

A. Yes, there are various contractors locally who can assist you and we have a chandlery close by. Staff at Marina reception will happily provide details.

Q. I prefer day sailing. Which other Premier marinas can I reach in a few hours, where I can use my free visitor nights?

A. Chichester, Southsea, Swanwick and Port Solent are an easy hop away.

Q. What security features do you have?

A. We operate 24 hour CCTV and regular security patrols to ensure the best possible service for customers anchoring at our 500-plus berths.

Q. Do you have free storage ashore?

A. Yes, berth holders are entitled to a maximum of eight weeks free storage at Gosport.
