"I brought a widely experienced crew (Round Britain, France, Spain and Med) for an overnight stay about a week ago. I only mention their pedigree to add weight to their comments. We all agreed that you were as good at doing what marinas should do as anywhere we've been - from help in the lock to berthing instructions and service codes. Your shower and toilets were the best.
