Get a 12-month berthing quote and qualify for a free visitor night at a Premier marina of your choice. This offer is subject to availability. The following terms will apply.
All applicants must be aged 18 or over
- Only one application per person/ boat is permitted.
- A quotation request form must be completed by all applicants. This form can only be accessed on Premier Marinas' website: www.premiermarinas.com/pages/12_month_berthing
- Applications will only be considered when customer/ boat details have been acknowledged and confirmed by Premier Marinas Limited.
- No responsibility can be accepted by Premier Marinas for applications that are lost, delayed or not recorded for any reason.
- Applicants approved by the marina will be contacted by Premier Marinas Limited to confirm berth availability.
- Offer valid from 1st January 2012 to 31st December 2012.
- There are no cash or other alternatives to the one free visitor night on offer.
- Premier Marinas Limited will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person participating in this offer.
- Only one free night per customer/ boat allowed during offer period and any subsequent nights stayed following the free night will be charged at the standard visitor rate.
- The use of a false name or address, e.g. a name by which the applicant is not usually known, will disqualify them from participating in the free night offer.
- Premier Marinas Limited reserves the right to oblige any successful applicant to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as directed by Premier Marinas Limited before the free night is confirmed.
- Premier Marinas Limited reserves the right to change these rules at any time. Entry in this promotion implies acceptance of these rules.
- Premier Marinas Limited will keep your personal details for a reasonable time so that we can send you details of any future promotions and products. Applicants also agree to be contacted via telephone and/ or email to discuss any berthing requirements they may have. Premier Marinas have an 'opt out' policy on sales and marketing communication and if you wish to subsequently unsubscribe from receiving information, please call 01489 885000 or email office@premiermarinas.com asking to unsubscribe.
- Your personal details will not be passed to any other organisations without your prior permission.
- Premier Marinas Limited reserves the right to alter or withdraw this offer at any time.
- These rules are governed by English law.
