At Premier we are committed to ensuring you enjoy your stay with us, whether you are an existing or a new Premier customer.
In our most recent customer satisfaction survey (Dec 06) 92% of the berth holders surveyed at Gosport Marina said the customer service at the marina is excellent and 87% of them said they would recommend Premier to a friend.
This recent survey also highlighted a few areas that needed our attention. For example the showers and toilets and boatyard facilities at Gosport Marina.
The new marina office and toilets, showers and launderette facilities have proved incredibly popular, claimed by some to be one of "the best facilities on the South Coast". Gosport Marina also now has its own 20t crane allowing for lifting and storage on site. Gosport also has its own onsite bar and restaurant.
