At Premier we are committed to ensuring you enjoy your stay with us, whether you are an existing or a new Premier customer.
In our most recent customer satisfaction survey (Dec 06) 92% of the berth holders surveyed at Gosport Marina said the customer service at the marina is excellent and 87% of them said they would recommend Premier to a friend.
This recent survey also highlighted a few areas that needed our attention. For example the showers and toilets and boatyard facilities at Gosport Marina. Hence as you can see from our news pages (link) we are addressing your concerns.
The new marina office and toilets, showers and launderette facilities will be operational in May and our new crane in August. Also planning permission has been approved for an onsite restaurant.
