Recycling

BATTERIES

A battery-recycling bin for dead batteries is in the Slipway Compound.

DOG WASTE

Appropriate bins are sited around the marina.

FLARES AND BOAT FRIDGES

Marina reception staff will happily provide suggestions for safe disposal.

OIL AND OILY WASTE

A waste oil container is located adjacent to the Eastern Boat Park. Please alert marina reception immediately to any oil spills.

REFUSE & RECYCLING

All Premier Marinas now have full recycling facilities on site. We ask that our customers help us to protect the environment by using these facilities, and in doing so, help to divert waste away from landfill sites. Premier Berth Holders will be provided with reusable, wipe-clean recycling bags. Visitors can obtain a multi-purpose recycling bag from any Premier marina office on request. Please make sure that you put your recyclables in the appropriate bin.  Food, general waste and non-recyclables should go into the household waste bins. This scheme is part of the National Maritime Recycling Scheme.

Waste disposal areas are sited near marina reception and each bridgehead. Waste oil can be disposed of in the Eastern Boat Park. Battery recycling bins are also available. A bin is provided for all non-EU food waste at reception only.
