SAVING YOU MONEY
Free Storage Ashore
There is no additional cost for storing your boat ashore. Space restrictions do mean that this benefit is subject to time limits at some marinas (8 weeks at Brighton, Southsea, Sovereign Harbour and Swanwick [between October and December] and 12 weeks at Falmouth).
Fuel at Cost
You can buy fuel at the cost to us of buying and dispensing it.

10% Boatyard Discount
You get a 10% discount on boatyard services at any Premier boatyard.
Complimentary Boat Movements
We will move your boat for you up to 3 times a year free of charge, either within your Premier Marina or outside through the lock gate or cill to a waiting pontoon or vice versa. We do ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.
42 Free Visitor Nights
If you take out a berthing licence at any Premier Marina for a period of 12 months from 1st October 2009 or thereafter, you will be entitled to 42 complimentary visitor nights at Premiers' marinas. A maximum of 6 nights can be used at any one marina, with the exception of Brighton and Sovereign Harbour Marinas where you will be able to use up to 12 nights at each marina.
You can also visit other Premier Marinas any day of the week between 10am and 3pm at no cost.
Bespoke International Brokerage Service and Reduced Commissions
Should you wish to sell your boat, or buy a new one, Premier Yacht Sales will elect a dedicated broker to work on your behalf. What's more, as a valued customer, we will provide you with a bespoke service at a commission rate well below our usual terms.
Introductory RNLI Offshore Membership
One year's "Offshore" membership is available to all 12 month berth holders.
As an Offshore member, you will receive a range of exclusive benefits:

- Lifeboat magazine every quarter

- Access to the RNLI's wealth of information and support for sea users

Refer a Friend
As a Berth Holder, you are entitled to claim a credit to your account of £250 - if you introduce a friend into a Premier Marina - and they agree a 12 month berthing contract. Providing Peace of Mind
Free Berthing Fee Holiday - in case of injury or serious illness
- In the event that you are unable to use your boat as a result of injury or serious illness, we undertake to credit your account with up to three months' annual berthing fee, pro-rata.

SeaStart
SeaStart benefits include:
- Telephone access to a SeaStart Mechanical Advice Line which allows you to speak to trained and experienced marine engineers at no cost;
- SeaStart membership fees held at prevailing rates for 3 years, whether you are an existing or new member; and a 20% discount on call out fees.
CONTRACT FLEXIBILITY
At Premier Marinas, we understand that sometimes, our Berth Holders need to respond to unforeseen circumstances arising from changes taking place in their lives and where possible, we like to help. Below we describe the variations our Berth Holders can make to their contracts and what they can expect from us as a customer.
Option to move your boat to another Premier Marina
You can transfer your berthing contract to an alternative Premier Marina on request (subject to availability).
Option to transfer your contract when you sell your boat
If you sell your boat, you have the option to transfer your contract to the new owner (subject to a £50 administration fee).
Pro-rata refund if we are able to re-let your berth
You can claim a pro-rata refund of your berthing fee if you leave Premier Marinas and we are able to re-let your berth.
Cruising credit if you leave your berth for an extended period
Your berthing fees can be credited back to your account for use against your next annual contract if you are away from your berth for between 30 - 90 consecutive days from April to September.
