CONTRACT FLEXIBILITY
Cruising Credit
If you are planning to be away from your home marina for between 30 and 90 consecutive days between 1st April and 30th September, we will reimburse a proportion of your paid berthing fees. Just tell us in writing in advance to get a credit for 75% of your berthing fees pro rata, against up to 3 months berthing costs. This credit can be offset against your subsequent years berthing fees.
Change of Circumstances
If your circumstances change and you wish to end your 12 month berthing licence before its expiry we will refund paid berthing fees from the date of termination providing we are able to fill the berth with a new consecutive 12 month berth holder. We ask that you give us four weeks notice (to give us time to try and find a replacement berth holder) and do charge a £50 administration fee.
If you sell your boat your berthing licence can be transferred to the new owner. This transfer is subject to a £50 administration fee.
Contract Transfer
We can organise the transfer of your berthing contract to an alternative Premier Marina on request. Any move is likely to be subject to a fees adjustment.
