ASSISTANT MARINA MANAGER
Brighton Marina
As part of the marina's management team you will be responsible for all operational and administrative aspects of the running the UK's biggest marina. The role requires working within a rota system, including Bank Holidays and weekends. Duties will include the running of our busy boat yard, daily operation of the marina and liaison with over 1600 berth holders, visitors, on site tenants and contractors.
Experience of working within a marina or the marine environment and with knowledge of boatyard handling equipment would be strongly advantageous as would previous supervisory and customer service experience.
Applicants for the role must have good communication skills, be flexible and have the ability to fit in with a small team dedicated to offering excellent customer service.
