SWANWICK MARINA
DOCKMASTER
In a very busy marina the Dockmaster is required to provide high levels of customer service. They deal with vessel movements in and out of the marina, boat handling/towing, serving customers, handling money and recording data both within the office, on the pontoons and fuel bay, whilst maximising the opportunity to sell our marina services to berth holders and visitors. The Dockmasters work a shift rota which covers 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, including all Bank and Public holidays inclusive of Christmas and New Year. Knowledge of boats, cash handling and computer literacy are preferable along with first class customer service skills and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Premier Marinas have a reputation for excellent standards of customer service and therefore a positive "can do" attitude with flexibility to work unsociable hours is essential.

MARINA ADMINISTRATOR -
Swanwick
Swanwick Marina is seeking a full time Office Administrator.
The successful candidate will join a small hard working team and will
mainly concentrate on the financial aspects of the marina operation but will
also be required to assist on the front desk/reception area. They will be expected
to sell annual berthing and boatyard services as may be required whilst
undertaking administration duties. The role also requires occasional working
outside serving fuel and assisting around the marina when required.
This role is customer facing and the successful applicant will need excellent
customer service skills with a "nothing is too much trouble"
attitude.
They must also be computer literate and a knowledge of boats would be
very desirable.
Candidates must be prepared to work some weekends as part of a rota system.

Boatyard Operative - Port Solent
The position of "Marina Operative" has become available at Premier's Port Solent Marina. This position covers many aspects of the day to day running of a busy, proactive site at the heart of Portsmouth Harbour.
The key areas of responsibility for this position are:
Boat Yard Operations - Working within a team to conduct boat
lifting & launching using a 40T boat hoist.
Assisting the Lock Master with boat moving and the towing of vessels within the marina.
Boat Yard and boating experience is preferred but not essential. A full clean UK driving license is required.
This position involves outdoor working and candidates should be prepared to work weekends as the Company promotes and develops the boating lifting service to customers at weekends.
