REFER A FRIEND SCHEME (Premier Marinas Ltd.)

Definitions

"Introducer": a customer with a current 12 month berthing contract with Premier Marinas Limited introducing a "New Customer"

"New Customer": a customer new to and has not previously been a customer of Premier Marinas Limited

"Premier": Premier Marinas Limited and its subsidiaries

  • Premier Marinas Limited shall credit the account of the Introducer (being customers with a current 12 month berthing contract, "the Introducer") the sum of £250.00 (VAT Inclusive) as an introductory commission for each annual berth holder introduced to Premier Marinas.
  • There is no limit to the number of introductions that can be made by the Introducer.
  • This offer is available through the Premier website only and all introductions must be made through and registered with Premier Marinas Ltd in order to participate in this scheme. To that end the prospective Introducer will be required to complete an online application form, available only on the Premier website (www.premiermarinas.com).
  • This offer applies only to customers who are new Premier, who take up a 12 month berthing agreement which commences at any time during the 2009 calendar year and shall only be available during the course of the 2009 calender year.
  • The new customer must not have been a berth holder of Premier Marinas at any time previously and the Introducer must be a current annual berth holder.
  • The new customer introduced by the current berth holder shall also qualify for a £250.00 reduction (VAT Inclusive) in the price charged for their first 12 month berthing licence. The offer cannot be taken in cash and that sum shall be deducted upon the signing of the new customers berthing agreement.
  • This offer cannot be taken up in conjunction with any other offer from Premier Marinas.

  • This offer is subject to berth availability and management's absolute discretion (and for the avoidance of doubt, Premier may at its sole discretion decline an application without explanation) and Premier reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • This offer excludes vessels with a boat length of less than 6.5 metres at any Premier Marina.
  • This offer only applies to boats used for private and pleasure purposes and for the avoidance of doubt excludes all commercial vessels including those used for fishing, hire, charter, tuition or diving.
  • Introductions cannot be made retrospectively.
  • Introducers who may be in arrears or in dispute with Premier Marinas Ltd shall not qualify for this offer.
  • Offer excludes Premier employees and cannot be offered commercially.
  • The Introducer does not act as an agent or as a representative of Premier Marinas Ltd
  • Premiers Marina Rules and Regulations and normal terms and conditions of wet and dry berthing shall apply.
  • The Introducer cannot transfer their rights to anyone else.
  • In the event of a dispute arising between the Introducer and Premier Marinas Ltd, both parties shall seek the dispute resolution service provided by the British Marine Federation.
  • All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights relating to Premier Marinas shall remain vested in Premier Marinas Ltd.
  • Premier Marinas Ltd will not be liable to the Introducer be it under Contract Law, Law of Tort or otherwise for any loss of profit or revenue or other type of economic loss , direct or indirect, loss of business, contracts or goodwill and any contract terms that the Law normally implies do not apply to this offer, as far as the Law will allow.
