Premier Marinas

At Swanwick Marina, our friendly and experienced team is on hand 24 hours a day to offer advice on the best cruising grounds, provide details on the wide range of services and facilities Premier offers, and assist with any problems. Our aim is to make your stay with us as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

TOILETS AND SHOWERS

The main berth holders' only block is below marina reception. This includes two family rooms with showers and toilets, as well as a toilet and shower for disabled customers. 

• There are also separate ladies' and gents' shower and toilet cubicles. 
• There are public toilets to the back of the main block. 
• There is a further toilet facility adjacent to X pontoon.

LAUNDERETTE

The launderette is under marina reception. For your convenience, the launderette is open 24 hours a day. 

• Tokens to operate the washing machine may be purchased from reception. 
• The tumble drier takes 20ps. 
• Our on-site chandlery, Aladdin's Cave, sells washing powder.

BAR AND RESTAURANT

Valsheda's

Swanwick offers a newly opened on-site restaurant called Velsheda's.

• It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with meals ranging from baguettes and jacket potatoes to elaborate dishes from the specials board such as fresh fish and steaks.
• Opening hours: 8.30am to 11pm every day.  
• Breakfast: 8.30am - 11.30am
• Last orders for food: 
  Mondays to Thursdays - 9pm; 
  Fridays and Saturdays, 9.30pm; 
  Sundays 6pm. 

Booking is essential at weekends.

PROVISIONS

Basic groceries may be obtained from the Aladdin's Cave chandlery or One Stop at Sarisbury Green. 

Tesco, the nearest large supermarket is a short drive or bus journey from the marina.

CASHPOINT

There is a cash point at One Stop in Sarisbury Green. Tesco's superstore, a short drive from the marina, also has a cash point. Park Gate has a range of banks.

POST BOX

A few minutes stroll from the marina takes you to the post box and post office in Swanwick Lane.

POST COLLECTION POINT

You may collect your letters and parcels from marina reception.

PUBLIC TELEPHONES

These are located in the launderette. Staff at marina reception can help with bookings for taxis etc.

WEATHER FORECAST

We post this daily in the marina reception, on the pontoon bridgeheads, and on the main notice board adjacent to reception.

FREE CAR PARKING

Car parking is free of charge to berth holders.

CHANDLERY

Aladdin's Cave is the place to pick up all your marine essentials such as anchors, paints, clothes, electrical goods and various boat maintenance items. It is open seven days a week 9am to 5pm. There is also an online shop www.aladdinscave.co.uk and a mail order service.

FUEL

We dispense diesel and petrol, at cost, 24 hours a day, so you can start your cruising whenever you wish.

WATER ON PONTOONS

Supplied free of charge.

ELECTRICITY

Electricity is available on the majority of pontoon berths and included in berthing fees. Ashore it costs 11p per unit.

BOTTLED GAS

Available for sale at Aladdin's Cave at the marina.
