Berth Holder and Visitor Facilities
At Swanwick Marina, our friendly and experienced team is on hand 24 hours a day to offer advice on the best cruising grounds along the River Hamble and the around the solent. The marina team can provide details on a wide range of boatyard services and marina facilities. Our aim is to make your stay with us as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
TOILETS AND SHOWERS
The main berth holders' only block is below marina reception. This includes two family rooms with showers and toilets, as well as a toilet and shower for disabled customers.
- There are also separate ladies' and gents' shower and toilet cubicles.
- There are public toilets to the back of the main block.
- There is a further toilet facility adjacent to X pontoon.
LAUNDERETTE
The launderette is under marina reception. For your convenience, the launderette is open 24 hours a day.
- Tokens to operate the washing machine may be purchased from reception.
- The tumble drier takes 20pence pieces.
- Our on-site chandlery, Force Four, sells washing powder.
VANILLA
Onsite at Swanwick marina, you will also find caterers, Vanilla, who specialise in catering for Yacht Charters.

PROVISIONS
Basic groceries may be obtained from the Force Four chandlery or One Stop at Sarisbury Green.
Tesco, the nearest large supermarket is a short drive or bus journey from the marina.
CASHPOINT
There is a cash point at One Stop in Sarisbury Green. Tesco's superstore, a short drive from the marina, also has a cash point. Park Gate has a range of banks.
POST BOX
A few minutes stroll from the marina takes you to the post box and post office in Swanwick Lane.
POST COLLECTION POINT
You may collect your letters and parcels from marina reception.
PUBLIC TELEPHONES
These are located in the launderette. Staff at marina reception can help with bookings for taxis etc.
WiFi Internet Access
Check your emails and surf from the comfort of your own boat with Premier Marinas WiFi, provided by Spectrum Interactive.
WEATHER FORECAST
We post this daily in the marina reception, on the pontoon bridgeheads, and on the main notice board adjacent to reception.
FREE CAR PARKING
Car parking is free of charge to berth holders.
CHANDLERY
Force Four is the place to pick up all your marine essentials such as anchors, paints, clothes, electrical goods and various boat maintenance items. It is open seven days a week 9am to 5pm. There is also an online shop www.force4.co.uk and a mail order service.

WATER ON PONTOONS
Supplied free of charge.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is available on the majority of pontoon berths. Ashore it costs 11p per unit.
BOTTLED GAS
Available for sale from the Marina Reception.
FUEL
We dispense diesel and petrol, at cost, 24 hours a day, so you can start your cruising whenever you wish.
MARINE GAS OIL SOLD AT PREMIER MARINAS
The marine gas oil sold at Premier Marinas (excluding Falmouth Marina) is Advanced Marine Diesel 10.
Sourced from Esso's refinery in Fawley, Hampshire and supplied by WP Marine, part of the WP Group of companies (Wessex Petroleum Ltd) www.wp-marine.co.uk.
ADVANCED MARINE DIESEL 10
WP Marine's Advanced Marine Diesel 10 is a low sulphur fuel containing 10ppm (parts per million) sulphur. This high quality fuel is recognised as FAME FREE and is guaranteed by Esso to contain less than 1% bio element.
Advanced Marine Diesel 10 also contains Soltron(r). Specifically developed to work with marine diesel at a dilution rate 10,000:1, Soltron(r) contains a blend of 20 naturally occurring enzymes which combine inside the fuel tank to optimise the combustion process and enhance fuel efficiency. Soltron(r) also provides lubrication in low sulphur marine fuel oil and neutralises bacterial growth from contaminants.

Esso fuel and Mobil lubricants across a wide portfolio of business sectors and
industries.
Boat owners should be aware that this fuel may not comply with legislation outside the UK and customers should seek advice from their destination marina before travelling abroad.
Please note: Whilst Premier has taken every reasonable care to check that its fuels will work efficiently with marine engines and heating equipment, we recommend that should you have a concern about using a particular fuel with your equipment you should contact the manufacturer directly.
