Seasonal Marina Operatives - Premier Marinas
Looking to gain valuable work experience, or would you just like a part-time job with a bit more to it? A seasonal job with Premier may be for you. We’re currently looking for staff to work on a flexible basis between March-October – to include some weekends and evenings.
• Good rates of pay – including paid holiday
• Can dovetail well with education term times
• Variety of customer service based tasks in and outdoors.
• Boating experience an asset – but not necessary.
You will be working as part of a rota system including bank holidays, weekends and evenings. We are looking for individuals who want to work in a customer facing role, who are flexible, willing to learn and want to deliver excellent customer service.

Dredge Master and Maintenance Operative - Brighton Marina
The position of ‘Dredge Master and Maintenance Operative’ has become available at Premier Marinas’ Brighton Marina. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual with a flexible work ethic to join our team. Working in an outdoor environment, operating plant / dredger equipment, this role will involve maintenance of plant / equipment and working alongside our maintenance team as and when required.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
- Flexibility and adaptability to both dredging and maintenance operations
- “A can do" attitude and flexible approach to team work
This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and will include some weekends and Bank Holidays. The role provides for working a 12 hour shift pattern on a 4 on 4 off rota.
Previous experience would be an advantage but training, where required, will be given. A full diving license is essential.
