Superyacht Lady Sandals visits Brighton Marina
Last week Lady Sandals, the luxurious superyacht once owned by movie celebrity Nicolas Cage, visited Brighton Marina for four nights as part of a promotional tour for Sandals Resorts. Exquisitely finished, the 138ft 245-ton yacht boasts a long list of incredible features, such as four state-of-the-art bedrooms including one master suite, and bathrooms finished in fine Italian marble. The yacht has a formal dining room which accommodates 12 guests for a la carte dining and up to 50 people for buffet-style affairs.
Lady Sandals is currently owned by Sandals Resorts Chairman Gordon Stewart, who reportedly sold the yacht to Nicolas Cage, before buying it back again a few years later. The yacht is primarily used by Stewart and his family, as well as for promotional events for the company.
Lady Sandals is in Brighton as part of an eight-port promotional tour around the UK which started in Scotland and finishes in London next month in time for the World Travel Market. She will then head back to the warmer shores of the Caribbean for the winter before heading to the States and Canada next year for a similar tour.
