On Saturday 9th February boat owners and foodies were treated to a two dish cookery masterclass from Nick Evans, renowned Head Chef Lecturer at Rick Stein’s Cookery School in Padstow. Feedback from attendees was very complimentary with one couple saying that “the demo was excellent” and “we all picked up very useful tips as well as tasting the delicious meals cooked in front of us”. Focusing on uncomplicated but hearty dishes, Nick demonstrated a squid paella and creamy cashew curry which was given out as tasters to the guests, who also enjoyed a glass of bubbly before departing to enjoy a meal at Rick Stein’s Falmouth restaurant.
