Help Us To Keep Your Home Marina Shipshape!
Have you spotted a minor but annoying maintenance issue at your home marina – for example a broken light bulb? You can now request that Premier get it fixed via your MyPremier account!
To access this log in to our website at MyPremier and select 'Report a maintenance Issue' under 'MyPremier Options' - this will direct you to a form. On the form you will need to describe the issue and enter the location, you can also upload an image if you have one. Once submitted the form will be sent to the marina for action.
If you find a more serious or dangerous defect that requires immediate attention please as usual contact reception.
Your MyPremier account gives you control over a range of services you need at the marina. For instance you can top-up your electricity online, pay your annual berthing whilst at home or on your boat and book boatyard services if and when you need them.
If you haven't registered for MyPremier you can do so now, using your customer account number.
