What if I can’t send emails through my email client?
This can occur when your outgoing mail server blocks access to it from outside your ISP. Try setting up authentication so you have to use a login and password to access your outgoing mail server. These credentials are usually the same as the incoming server and depending on the mail client you are using will be found under tools, mail accounts - edit existing accounts. If this fails then try using a webmail email client. Many companies offer webmail access (such as a web version of Microsoft Outlook) so check with your system administrator or IT Manager.
