Sovereign Harbour Waterfront Acquisition Update

Since acquiring the Waterfront, Premier Marinas has employed a full time Waterfront Supervisor to oversee the site. The Supervisor’s role also includes catching up on long overdue maintenance issues. The damaged height barriers in the car park have already been replaced, with replacement external lighting works due outside the Waterfront frontage at the end of May. Repairs to damaged glazing sections and some leaks are also planned, along with a deep clean and new signage to follow. The Waterfront businesses are currently extremely busy as we enter a period of sunshine, and Premier continue to work with each business owner to ensure we give the best possible customer experience throughout the Waterfront Complex. Additionally, the Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club and Fisherman’s site are now in Premier ownership.
