The autumn will see controlled demolition works being carried out at Swanwick Marina as we invest in tidying up some areas of the site and creating a new café and restaurant
The Boat House Café closed its doors last weekend to allow work to begin on a new restaurant which they will occupy from Spring 2024. This new building will offer a larger footprint to expand into, offering both a café and a restaurant experience.
These works will be hoarded off to maintain site safety and allow access to the bridgeheads and your boats. Berth holder car parking will not be affected. Demolition work and piling will continue until the end of the year, with a plan to build from the ground up in January.
Alongside this, we are also removing some of the old boat sales offices on the right-hand side as you enter the site. This will create more space for our onsite boat sales and brokerages to display their stock and will improve the visual appeal upon arrival at the marina.
