Seasonal (Receptionist) at Brighton Marina

Brighton Marina are looking for outgoing individuals with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service. As the face and personality of Premier Marinas you will play a vital part in how we are viewed by customers and visitors to our sites. You must have pride in yourself, the quality of your work and your place of work.  

The role will be demanding at times and therefore the personal qualities we are looking for are:

  • Strong & confident interpersonal skills
  • Professional friendly manner
  • Ability and willingness to work on your own initiative and be proactive
  • Reliable with a  strong sense of responsibility
  • Calm, polite and can work under pressure
  • Comfortable working outside and near the water

You will be working as part of a rota system including bank holidays, weekends and evenings.  The contract will be up to 30th September 2018.

 

The role will mainly include receptionist duties but will also require you to operate the lock, assist berth holders on the fuel bay and welcome visitors as they arrive.

Seasonal at Swanwick Marina

We are looking to recruit additional seasonal support staff for the 2018 summer season.

This is a great opportunity for customer focused individuals, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast paced team at a busy marina on the River Hamble.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
  • A “can do” attitude and flexible approach to team work

Duties will include:

  • Assisting the front line team in delivering a first class customer experience
  • Operational duties such as basic boat work, meeting & greeting customers, marina patrols and assisting with the dry stack facility
  • The role requires flexibility to work both inside and outside to cover the additional
  • The role would ideally suit individuals looking to expand their experience within the industry

Marina Hosts at Chichester Marina

We are looking to recruit two customer focused, outgoing individuals with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service at Chichester Marina. As the face and personality of Premier Marinas you will play a vital part in how we are viewed by berth holders and visitors to our site. You must have pride in yourself, the quality of your work and your place of work. 

The role will be demanding at times and therefore the personal qualities we are looking for are:

Ability and willingness to work on your own initiative and be proactive
Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
Calm, polite and can work under pressure
Comfortable working outside and near the water

You will be working 12 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota system, this will also include working some weekends and bank holidays as per the duty rota

Seasonal Marina Hosts at Chichester Marina
 
We are looking to recruit (seasonal) Marina Hosts at Chichester Marina between April – September.

Chichester Marina is looking to recruit additional seasonal support staff to help deliver first class customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the leisure sector.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the marina team to deliver first class customer service.
  • Operational duties such as basic boat work, meeting and greeting customers and marina checks, working both indoors and outdoors. Assisting in lock operations and other external and administrative duties.
  • The successful applicants should have the ability to work within a small team, demonstrate excellent customer service care and be able to deliver the essentials of the berth holder experience.
  • The role would suit individuals looking to expand their experience within the industry who are able to be flexible with the hours they work. The role will involve working some weekends and bank holidays.Hours of work will vary depending on the demands of the business and will be agreed in advance.
