Boatyard Operative at Port Solent Marina
The position of "Boatyard Operative" has become available at Premier's Port Solent Marina. This position covers many aspects of the day to day running of a busy, proactive site at the heart of Portsmouth Harbour and may include working at Gosport Marina and/or Endeavour Quay at times.
The key areas of responsibility for this position are:
- Boat Yard Operations - Working within a team to conduct boat lifting & launching using a 40T boat hoist.
- Assisting the Lock Master with boat moving and the towing of vessels within the marina.
Boat Yard and boating experience is preferred but not essential. A full clean UK driving license is required.
This position involves outdoor working and candidates should be prepared to work weekends as the Company promotes and develops the boating lifting service to customers.
