The position of 'Boatyard & Dry stack Operative' has become available at Premier's Swanwick Marina. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast paced team on a busy marina with a great location and a purpose built boatyard operating specialist plant to include a 65 ton travel hoist. The boatyard team also tows vessels within the marina and work in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with Premier's Core Values. Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
  • Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
  • Ability to learn and use computer software systems
  • “A can do" attitude and flexible approach to team work
  • This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and working some weekends and bank holidays

Previous experience would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. A full clean UK driving license is essential.
