Dry Stack & Boatyard Operative - Gosport Marina 

The position of "Dry Stack & Boatyard Operative" has become available at Premier's Gosport Marina. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, to join a fast paced team on a busy marina with a great location in Portsmouth Harbour.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
  • Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
  • Ability to learn and use computer software systems
  • “A can do” attitude and flexible approach to team work

This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and includes working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Previous experience of boat handling and plant operation would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given.    A full driving license is essential.

Boatyard Operative - Eastbourne Marina

The position of ‘Boatyard Operative’ has become available at Premier Marinas’ Eastbourne Marina. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a team on a busy marina in a great location.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
  • Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
  • Ability to learn and use computer software systems
  • “A can do” attitude and flexible approach to team work

This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and will require some weekend and bank holidays working.  

Previous experience of plant operation and boat handling would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. A full diving license is essential.
