With the bustle of the historic city of Portsmouth just a short hop by ferry, this thriving marina is popular with cruisers and racers alike. Minutes from the waters of the Solent, Gosport is home to an extensive full-service boatyard. With excellent dry stack boat storage and pontoon berthing options, the marina’s semi-tidal pile moorings are also highly sought after. Gosport Marina berth holders also benefit from the freedom to berth nearby at Port Solent Marina.

A Five Gold Anchors award winner, Gosport Marina is home to the Clipper Round the World Race fleet. Quality facilities are complemented by the marina’s specialist boatyard, the historic Endeavour Quay, with large, full-service boat sheds and one of the biggest travel lifts on the South Coast. Comprehensive supporting services include sailmakers, engineers and an onsite chandlery.

With relaxing marina views, the Boathouse is the perfect spot to grab lunch, or even a Sunday roast. Enjoy Portsmouth’s maritime vibe, from aircraft carriers to tall ships, against the backdrop of the historic Naval Dockyard and Spinnaker Tower. Gunwharf Quays is just a short hop by ferry, with its array of restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Gosport Marina’s specialist boatyard Endeavour Quay caters for both private and commercial craft. With one of the biggest travel lift boat hoists on the South Coast of England, it is capable of lifting boats 40 metres long (180 tonnes) and moving boats up to 45 tonnes. The historic boatyard is ideally suited for yacht refit work, race preparation, new vessel commissioning and general maintenance work.
