This month saw our planning application approved by Gosport Borough Council for the regeneration of Gosport Marina.
The approved masterplan incorporating the whole site includes the refurbishment and extension of the commercial building, occupied by STS Defence Limited, and a landmark facilities building which will house a new marina reception and office, luxury shower rooms and a new berth holder’s lounge. This new building, overlooking Portsmouth Harbour, will also provide a stunning new home for the restaurant. Further details of the planning approval can be found here.
