Your customer account number is a unique reference which comprise three letters and four numbers (e.g. ABC1234). Your customer account number can easily be found in the top right corner of all Premier invoices and statements, it is also the same as your username for your Premier WiFi account. If your renewal is now due, we would have also included your customer account number in the notification email advising you of your renewal.
