The Principle Group offer a new solution to Pilates and Physiotherapy in their classes and treatment programmes. What makes us different to other practices is that all of our Physiotherapists are certified instructors in STOTT PILATES®.
Where appropriate, we will incorporate pilates exercises into all our injury treatment programmes to speed up recovery and build resilience. We also teach Pilates classes and our programmes are designed around you and your specific needs.
