With a response rate in excess of 55% and using the widely accepted NPS measure the survey is taken very seriously throughout the business and acts as a driver of change. Dry - stack operations at Gosport were overhauled based on what you told us, new toilets and showers at Falmouth were given priority based on your feedback. WiFi improvements across the group have been driven by your survey responses. The list goes on and we are very grateful for your continued input.
