A New Customer Service Advisor Joins Port Solent
We are delighted to welcome Kerry Dibden to the Port Solent Marina team as the new Customer Service Advisor.
With a strong background in customer service, sales and hospitality, Kerry is excited to take on her new challenge working in a marina environment, using her skills and getting to know the Port Solent berth holders.
Kerry comments: “I’m really excited to start my new role with Premier. I have learnt that the two most important attributes in customer service are a strong work ethic and a friendly attitude - a smile goes a long way. I look forward to bringing both to the role.”
Outside of work, Kerry has a passion for outdoor activities, including camping and hiking, which she follows up with a relaxing yoga session. Her next big challenge will be to climb Mount Snowdon and hopefully Ben Nevis next year – fingers crossed!
