Walk in the opposite direction for the Royal Navy Submarine Museum, or head over to Little Woodham to step back in time for the 1642 living history village experience. Feel like shopping? Gosport High Street is just a two-minute walk away, or take a 10 minute ferry ride across the harbour to discover the delights of Portsmouth.

Exploring the local area
Take a short trip inland to Portsdown Hill where you’ll find the Royal Armouries at Fort Nelson, and a bonus panoramic view of Portsmouth and the coast. Discover the beauty of the South Downs National Park with its fabulous walks and the Queen Elizabeth Country Park, where a stroll up Butser Hill will reward you with amazing views.
