Conwy Marina is looking for a Boatcare Service Coordinator to join our friendly team. This is a busy office-based role that suits someone who is an accurate administrator, enjoys customer contact and works well both independently and as part of a small, supportive and friendly team.
Conwy Marina is part of Boatfolk Marinas and the wider Premier Marina Group. We pride ourselves on delivering a great experience for our customers and maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards across the site. You will play an active part in that from day one, working as part of a team delivering exemplary standards of boat servicing.

- Knowledge of marina and boatyard operations desirable.
What the role involves
As a Boatcare Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative function of the Boatcare repairs team. This includes supporting the Boatcare Manager with customer enquiries and quotations for vessel refit, repair and maintenance and accurate and timely management of the service ledger including the credit control function.
