The position of Boatyard Operative has become available at Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a small, hardworking and friendly team.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
- Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
- “A can do” attitude and flexible approach to team work
This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and may require some weekend and bank holiday working.
A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be a significant advantage but not essential as training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
