We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a full-time credit controller based at our head office at Swanwick Marina.

This is a varied and busy role that would suit somebody that is highly organised, customer focused and enjoys working in a multi-tasking credit control role.

More specifically, this will include:

  • Administration and processing of the Debt Collection Process including invoicing, receipting, DD processing and reminder letters
  • Calling customers to chase outstanding amounts. Handle customer account queries by telephone and email
  • Ensuring accurate accounting records are kept for all berthing customers and the collection of all related invoices
  • Processing contract terminations, contract transfers and other contract changes as necessary in accordance with group policy.
  • Assisting with general finance administration

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Previous contract administration experience preferred although training will be provided
  • Good attention to detail with confidence working with numbers and excel
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.
