Premier Marinas is seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join our friendly and professional finance team in our Head Office at Swanwick Marina.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance within a supportive and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring the smooth day to day running of financial operations. 

More specifically, this will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and ensuring the correct approval process is being followed
  • Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Performing payment runs and ad-hoc payments to suppliers
  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Responding to internal and external finance queries
  • Assisting with general finance administration

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Confidence working with numbers and basic spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage your time effectively
  • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Previous finance experience and finance system usage is an advantage—but not essential, as full training will be provided

Experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.
