Premier Marinas is the UK’s leading marina operator with 22 stunning marinas in its portfolio. We offer berthing and waterfront experiences at each of our locations, as well as a full range of boatyard services supported by an extensive commercial property portfolio. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Administrator to join a small, friendly team looking after all employees. 

In this role you will provide administrative support, maintain records and produce reports to assist management with making informed decisions and ensure all staff have an onboarding experience in line with the Group culture. This role also offers the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of HR & Payroll. 
 
What we are looking for
 
Someone with a strong knowledge of HR activities. Previous experience working across multiple sites would be beneficial but not essential. You must demonstrate good communication skills and have the ability to act on your own initiative but also collaboratively as part of the team. We are looking for someone who is flexible, can demonstrate knowledge and experience of HR processes and who can work well within a small team. A full UK driving license is essential.
