We are currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our fast paced finance team based at Head Office, Swanwick Marina for a fixed term to cover maternity leave.

The role will be demanding with the opportunity to work at the heart of the industry with a Company that has the vision to be the finest marina operator in the UK.

Previous Management Accounts production is a prerequisite as is the ability to work independently & as part of the Finance Team.

Key tasks 

  • To prepare & manage the monthly and yearend Management Accounts along with completing the reporting pack and supporting papers
  • Collaborate with Senior & Operational Management teams to analyse financial data and provide support on interpretation of the accounts
  • Oversee the CAPEX reporting process and support Senior Management with the control, analysis and reporting of projects to budgets & any variance to budget
  • Provide support & liaise with the external Auditors over year end
  • To assist the Head of FP&A with Internal Audits of our sites to ensure billing accuracy and compliance to company policies
  • To assist the Head of FP&A with budgeting and forecasting
  • Act as a point of contact for financial support & information across the business

Education, Qualifications and Training

  • CIMA/ACCA Qualified / Part Qualified or QBE
  • Advanced Excel skills
