We are looking to recruit a Marina Operative at Universal Marina on the stunning River Hamble.

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. This multi-facetted role is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual with a flexible work ethic to join our team in a busy purpose-built marina and boatyard. 

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven customer service or customer facing experience 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
  • Ability to learn and use computer software systems
  • “A can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure

A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given. A full clean UK driving license is essential.

This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and will follow a duty rota of 10 days on 4 days off that will include some weekends and Bank/Public holidays.
