We are currently recruiting Seasonal Marina Operatives to join our friendly team at Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne, working flexibly between April and October. This role involves working as part of a rota, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working outdoors.
- Reliable team players who are keen to learn new skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Boating experience would be an advantage – but it’s not essential, as full training will be provided.
