We are looking for an individual who has previous customer service experience ideally with property experience. This role will include providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors whilst undertaking many admin functions including co-ordinating lease agreements, renewals, terminations and property tours whilst working closely with the management team to maximise occupancy rates.
Some marketing knowledge would be an asset as you would be required to assist, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising to enhance centre visibility and attract new clients. You will also be required to conduct regular inspections of the buildings highlighting any areas which require attention and co-ordinating with contractors to carry out any works required.
Qualifications and skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in office software and administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a customer service
Previous experience in a similar role would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
This role is full time working onsite from Monday to Friday.
