Sovereign Harbour has engaged East Sussex Falconry until the end of November to help disperse the birds.
Birds can be a nuisance at this time of year when they feast on berries to fatten up for migration and then stain decks.
Flying a predatory bird will help prevent nesting and fouling on the boats.
