It’s shaping up to be a great summer in Dartmouth, with amazing weather already allowing everyone to enjoy the river and the surrounding areas.
As we continue with work to regenerate the site, construction of the Noss on Dart hotel and Noss Quay apartments is now well advanced. The work has progressed more slowly than planned through the first half of the year, and this has extended the schedule with the latest plans now indicating completion of both projects towards the end of the year.
With that knowledge, we have decided to move the hotel opening date and the formal sales launch of the apartments to next spring to enable completion of the buildings and also the public areas and landscaping works as well.
Whilst the dates have moved, we remain excited to unveil both finished projects - it will be worth the wait!
In the meantime, Hotel General Manager, Simon Smith, is planning in detail for the opening and will be working to assemble his team to help run what will be a landmark hotel for the region.

Noss is home to a thriving community of businesses, many of which support our busy marina and boatyard, helping our customers enjoy more time on the water.
We’re delighted to welcome Land & Sea who offer new boat sales, boat charters and trips, and a boat club, as well as Sunseeker who need no introduction. You can find out about all the onsite businesses at Noss on Dart via the Premier Marinas website here.
It is now even easier to reach Dartmouth and Kingswear from Noss with a new dedicated ferry service. The brand-new passenger ferry ‘Noragh Philip of Noss’ is operating daily between 10am to 10:30pm direct from the marina.

Premier Marinas were delighted to acquire the Dart Marina Hotel & Spa, just across the river in Dartmouth, earlier this year, along with the marina there, now titled Premier Dartmouth Marina.

Growing the Premier Marinas Network
We have been busy throughout the spring integrating the previously Boatfolk-branded marinas along the South Coast to extend the Premier Marinas network. Altogether, Premier Marinas members can now enjoy an unrivalled 17 destinations across a South Coast network stretching from Falmouth to Eastbourne, including Noss on Dart and now Dartmouth.
