Removal of buoyage to facilitate dredging operations
All buoyage within the entrance and approach to Sovereign Harbour has been removed to facilitate safe access for maintenance dredging operations, other than:

Mariners are advised to give the dredger ‘Sospan Dau’ a wide berth when passing and to contact her directly on VHF CH17 for passing instructions. Be aware of prop wash caused from the dredger.
All fixed navigation lights remain in place and operational and should be used in darkness and periods of reduced visibility.
