Notice is hereby given that the Nao Santa Maria is due to arrive at Sovereign Harbour on Thursday 18th June to coincide with High Water circa 14:30hrs.

The following restrictions shall apply:

  • All vessels are to keep clear of her whilst she navigates the outer harbour so that she has sufficient space to manoeuvre.
  • No vessel movements will be permitted in the inner harbour whilst she departs the lock and takes her berth opposite the Waterfront. Support vessels will be present to assist her.
  • Instructions and restrictions will be broadcast by ‘Sovereign Harbour’ or ‘Sovereign Harbour Workboat’ on VHF Ch17 

Mariners may contact 'Sovereign Harbour' on VHF Channel 17 for further information. This notice to remain in force until 17:30hrs 18th June 2026.
