The Premier Advantage benefits and discounts do not vary the terms and conditions of your berthing licence or purchasing agreement with Premier Marinas Limited or any of its subsidiary companies. Premier Marinas Limited reserves the right to alter or withdraw all or any of the benefits and discounts referred to in the Premier Advantage without prior notice.
All services offered are subject to availability. The Premier Advantage benefits are only available to Berth Holders with a current annual berthing licence. The Premier Advantage does not apply to commercial berths (i.e. boats licenced to commercial organisations), dinghy berths, trailer sailors, pile / swinging moorings, personal watercrafts (JetSkis) or trot berths.
Customer in payment arrears without repayment agreement in place with Premier are automatically ineligible for any Premier Advantage benefits.

1. VISITOR NIGHTS
Berth Holders can use their 42 visitor nights at any Premier marina other than their home marina - subject to availability. Local restrictions may apply to number of consecutive nights at certain times of year, please check at time of booking. Berth Holders planning a visit to a Premier marina should call their destination marina in advance to check availability and to book their visitor nights in.
Reservations cannot be made more than 30 days in advance of a proposed visit but to guarantee availability at the marina you must make a reservation in advance of your arrival. Making an advance reservation will allow Premier time to confirm your visit and you will avoid possible disappointment at our most popular marinas in peak periods. Premier Marinas reserves the right to determine availability for any proposed visit.
Complimentary visitor nights must be used during the term of your annual berthing licence. Complimentary visitor nights must be used prior to the berthing licence end date. No cash or exchange for other services is offered with this benefit.
2. DAY VISITS TO OTHER PREMIER MARINAS
Berth Holders can visit any Premier Marina free-of-charge and without deduction to their free visitor nights when arriving after 10:00 and departing before 15:00 on the same day – subject to a suitable berth being available at the time of arrival.
3. FUEL AT COST
You can buy your diesel and petrol fuel at the price it costs us to purchase and dispense it. That price may not be the same across all Premier Marinas due to variations in the cost of purchase and delivery to each Marina.
Once you have berthed with us for two or more consecutive years you will become eligible for the ‘Berthing Loyalty Reward’. This will reduce your third-year renewal cost by 1%, rising to 2% in year four, and 3% in year five and subsequent years.
Redemption of this reward is only available via MyPremier on the premiermarinas.com website or the Premier mobile app for iOS / Android, and must be redeemed before your new contract begins. The reward is not transferrable nor can it be assigned to any third party.
5. BOATYARD REWARD
You will receive a reward to the equivalent value of 15% of a list price ‘lift, scrub, block and launch’ at your home marina on the day your contract starts. You can redeem this against our boatyard services at any point during your contract. At the end of your contract any unused reward can be applied to your next berthing renewal or you can donate it to our owners, Wellcome Trust, a global charitable foundation that exists to improve health for everyone.
The Boatyard Reward cannot be exchanged for any cash amount or be used for any other goods or services purchased from Premier. The reward is not transferrable nor can it be assigned to any third party.
6. FREE STORAGE ASHORE
You can store your Boat ashore for up to eight weeks at no additional cost. Local restrictions may apply to consecutive days ashore permitted at certain times of year, please check at time of booking. This offer is subject to there being space available to accommodate your boat. The determination as to whether there is space available shall be at our absolute discretion.
If the Marina at which your boat is berthed is unable to accommodate your boat due to space restrictions, you may (subject to the above restrictions and your acceptance of the Regulations for that Marina) store your boat at any other Premier Marina on the same basis.
7. SEA START BENEFITS PACKAGE
Sea Start Limited ("Sea Start") offers expert mechanical marine breakdown assistance to yacht and power boat owners who encounter unpredicted mechanical problems on the water. Premier has arranged for Sea Start to provide following benefits for all holders of an annual berthing licence with Premier:
Telephone access to a Sea Start Mechanical Advice Line which provides you with the opportunity to speak to trained and qualified marine engineers should your boat suffer a mechanical breakdown.
Sea Start membership fees held at prevailing rates for 3 years for existing and new members;
A 20% discount on call out fees for Berth Holders who are not Sea Start members, provided that the Berth Holder agrees to take out a Sea Start Breakdown Assistance Policy. The Sea Start waterborne call out service is available within the Solent area, from Anvil Point, round the Isle of Wight, to Selsey Bill.
Premier Marinas will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by users of the Sea Start service or for the actions of the employees, agents or representatives of Sea Start limited (the service provider) unless those losses are caused by Premier’s negligence. The Terms and Conditions of Sea Start Limited apply and these can be obtained from the Sea Start website: www.Seastart.co.uk.
8. PREMIER MARINE INSURANCE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH GJW DIRECT
Premier Marine Insurance is a trading name of Premier Marinas Limited, an Introducer Appointed Representative of GJW Direct. GJW Direct is a trading name of Munich Re Specialty Insurance (UK) Limited, a general insurer authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Firm reference number 310539. GJW Direct is a subsidiary of Munich Re Specialty Group Limited.
9. FREE PREMIER WIFI
You will be provided with an individual login that will allow you to connect up to three concurrent devices to our WiFi service. Your device(s) will each require a

You will be provided with an individual login that will allow you to connect up to three concurrent devices to our free WiFi service. Your device(s) will each require an internet browser to be able to log in to the service. Due to tidal and environmental changes that naturally occur in a marine environment, we cannot guarantee full WiFi coverage.
There are no time restrictions for being connected to the WiFi, but the service is subject to a generous fair usage policy 2GB of data per day, which resets at midnight. Whilst the service will continue to work if the fair use volume is exceeded, the connection speed will be heavily throttled for the remainder of that day. The WiFi password for your marina can be collected from the marina reception or via the Premier mobile app. This service is supported and managed by Club WiFi, for service issues and support please contact ClubWiFi directly.

10. CONTRACT TRANSFER
You may transfer your Premier berthing licence to an alternative Premier Marina on request. Any move will be subject to: Berth availability at your preferred Marina;
Payment of any applicable adjustment to berthing fees for the remainder of the contract.
Either back or post-dating the move to co-inside with the 1st day of any month
11. SELLING YOUR BOAT
You may transfer the remainder of your berthing contract to the new owner with our written consent. This benefit, where consent is granted, requires the contract to have been paid in full, and is subject to the payment of the prevailing assignment fee.
12. PREMIER SELF STORE DISCOUNT
Berth holders can claim an additional 10% off the prevailing storage rate at Premier Self Store rentals. This discount is not available in conjunction with other offers and will be applied only to the published storage rate. Additional products or insurance are not included within this offer. This discount will only be applied whilst there is a current annual berthing agreement with Premier.
