Noss on Dart Marina is in the festive spirit and we want to share our thanks and gratitude to you for being a part of the community we have built here.
If you’re planning to visit the marina during the holidays, our team will be on duty should you require any assistance and please feel free to drop by the office to say hello, especially if you're visiting on your own.
We want to take a moment to reflect on the 2025 boating season and look ahead to what 2026 brings us.
One berth. A whole new South Coast network.
Haslar Marina is now officially part of the Premier Marinas network and you can now request your Premier Advantage visitor days and nights here for 2026. This exciting milestone follows our recent acquisition of Boatfolk and adds another destination for you to enjoy.
We’re also working to bring East Cowes, Portland, Weymouth and Deacons marinas into the Premier network ahead of the 2026 season and thereby creating the largest South Coast network for you to explore.
Our team is already busy with their annual winter maintenance schedule, so we can make sure the marina is looking fabulous for next spring season. 2026 will be an exciting year for everyone with the next phase of the Noss on Dart development due to complete.
Opening in Summer 2026, The Noss on Dart Hotel and Spa will be a luxurious waterside retreat. Offering stylish bedrooms and suites, a restaurant, two bars plus a riverside terrace and spa - this will be the perfect balance of indulgence, tranquility and timeless riverside charm.
The Noss Quay luxury apartment complex marks the first residential phase of this exciting development, with future phases set to include magnificent waterside houses and luxurious hillside homes.
2026 planned projects and improvements
In January 2026 we will be removing three sections of L pontoon and installing a new pontoon area called K pontoon, providing 10 additional berths to support the high demand here at Noss. Development plans also include to extend the hoist dock which will increase waiting capacity for our dry stack customers and create more space for short term visitors, who may wish to visit the commercial tenants or hotel. This will also increase the lifting dock waiting area.
We’re delighted to confirm the demolition of the arches and bungalow is now complete and brings an end to all the onsite demolition work. We are also working to complete the road resurfacing works and the rockface reprofiling works early in the New Year.
During the development phase we set up a temporary bin compound opposite the commercial buildings. New for Spring 2026 we shall install a new bin compound located at the front of the marina office by the top of the bridge for general waste and mixed recycling, alongside a second waste compound located in the boatyard next to the existing hazardous waste.
Upgrades to Noss on Dart’s fleet!
Thank you to everyone who voted to name our new Robust 19c aluminium workboat. And the winner is...Nossie! With an upgraded Yamaha F130 GETX engine, Nossie offers a stable maneuverability on our tidal river when moving larger boats.
We are excited to announce our new Noss to Dartmouth Ferry Service will start operating from April 2026. This service will be operating 7 days a week, 10am until 10pm and will provide an essential link between Dartmouth and the Marina. The ferry will be berthed on the marina ferry berth and bookings can be made by calling 07931 431977.
We also welcomed Dave Gadsen to the Noss on Dart team, working in the boatyard and around the marina to gain the necessary experience. In the coming months he will undergo his boatyard training courses to operate our lifting equipment.
Building the tenant community
Land & Sea recently have opened a new office at Noss on Dart. As the exclusive UK dealers of Navan boats, including the flagship C30 and S30 models, they offer a unique opportunity to experience these vessels at firsthand. Next summer they are launching a new Boat Club featuring the Navan range, with options to charter for the day with a fully qualified skipper. Looking ahead to next year, they will be introducing boat trips and a range of on-the-water experiences.
