We are proud to announce Sovereign Harbour has retained its 5 Gold Anchor accreditation.
The assessment is an independent review by The Yacht Harbour Association that measures a marina's quality, facilities, customer service, safety, and environmental standards. Completing this assessment helps us benchmark our performance as a marina operator, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate our commitment to providing a high standard of service for berth holders and visiting boaters.
Brighton and Chichester are also 5 Gold Anchor accredited marinas.
Recent investment projects carried out across Sovereign Harbour contributed to the 5 Gold Anchor accreditation, including implementing our new self-serve pre-pay electricity supply, adding extra CCTV, carrying out comprehensive painting and landscaping and completing a £30,000 refurbishment of the Inner Harbour facilities blocks including fitting new worktops, sinks and lighting, alongside repainting and expanding the foyer seating area.
We have successfully completed several investment projects across Brighton Marina to improve the services for you. We are currently trialling new entrance gates on the East Jetty and, following successful feedback, will upgrade the gates on the West Jetty to complete the project. We have also introduced a new tumble dryer in the East Jetty facilities block to increase capacity, replaced 12 piles and works will soon begin to fit 8 new transition ramps.
We have recently completed a £100k investment project to resurface the road on the north side of Chichester Marina following feedback from our berth holders, alongside replacing several boilers in the facilities blocks and introducing additional security measures to the trailer sailor area.
