We are delighted to welcome Dr Toni Harvey to the Universal Marina team as Customer Service Advisor, following an impressive 22-year career in the NHS working as a Clinical Psychologist. Toni (pictured) has a love of everything in or on the water, having dived all over the world and sailed catamarans in Greece and Croatia, as well as dinghies and monohulls around the Solent.

It has been a busy period of change in the Swanwick Marina team.

Following the retirement of Les Ayling, Andy Limburn has stepped into the role of Boatyard Supervisor and will be responsible for driving this side of our operations going forward.

With the Duty Manager position open, we are delighted to welcome Andy Cloarec from Chichester Marina. Andy (pictured) brings with him a wealth of knowledge from the watersports and marine industry, alongside experience in the world of facilities management.

We also say goodbye to Felicity Field, who has taken on new role in Premier’s Central Services team, just a short walk across the marina. Having been around boats her whole life and working at Premier for over a decade, Flick brings all her knowledge and experience of our operations, systems and customer service into a new role as Commercial Systems Specialist.

Deacons Marina welcomes a number of role changes and new faces to the team. Ian Beecher and Jack Bryson have joined our boatyard operations team, moving across from BoatCare. With their arrival, the storage and care of your boat is in the hands of a dedicated and capable team, all arranged by Richard Jesshope in his new role as Boatyard Administrator. We also welcome Sean Herbert (Herbie) to the team as Marina Operative. Herbie joins us from Premier’s Central Services team and has previously worked as a Dry Stack Operative at Trafalgar Wharf. In his spare time, Herbie is a passionate photographer, videographer, artist and stays active playing squash competitively.

East Cowes Marina also welcomed Emily Chave-Hill as a Seasonal Marina Operative, who has been an incredible asset over the summer to help during our busiest boating season. Emily grew up on the Island and around boats, spending many summer holidays onboard her parents’ powerboat, cruising the South Coast.
