Premier Marinas is pleased to report that its £75m planning application to redevelop the 37 acre site - Noss on Dart Marina - is ready for submission.
The hybrid master plan, which will go before South Hams District Council’s planning department imminently includes a 232-berth marina, 50-room hotel, two restaurants, a cafe and residential apartments, a dry stack for smaller motor craft and 21 commercial units for marine trades.
Plus, a passenger ferry link with Dartmouth and a permanent home for South Devon College, which is currently working out of one of the portable buildings on site.
