The new marina control building is being commissioned to be ready for berth holders’ use this month. This waterside building will house the marina office as well as the berth holder facilities including a dedicated lounge, luxury individual shower rooms and laundry. Please call into the marina office to collect your access fobs upon your next visit in preparation for the opening.
We continue to invest in the facilities at Noss on Dart and have taken delivery of a 30-tonne and a 40-tonne boat cradle which gives us the capability to handle larger and deeper-keeled vessels. These are in addition to the 30 cradles which have been in regular use in our busy boatyard this winter.
Alongside the new marina, buildings and boatyard, we are committed to creating an environmentally sensitive waterside area where berth holders and nature can thrive. As part of this, a ‘living wall’ has been planted around the car park which will develop as Spring arrives.
