Following your feedback, a major investment project to install new fob access security gates will be carried out in April, providing an extra level of security within the marina. A new bin compound will also will be available this month by the top of the bridge for general waste and mixed recycling, alongside a second waste compound located in the boatyard next to the existing hazardous waste.
The Noss to Dartmouth Ferry Service will be operating 7 days a week from 10am to 10:30pm from Monday 1st June, providing an essential link from the marina across to Dartmouth town.
The ferry will be berthed on the marina ferry berth and bookings can be made by calling 07931431977.
Welcoming new faces
We are delighted to welcome two new members to the team – Henry Anker and Robert Carwardine. Henry (pictured) recently completed his Level 2 Marine Engineering qualification at South Devon College and now joins us as Marina Operative, for which he has already completed his banksman sling signaller course and hoist operators’ course. We also welcome Robert into our night team, who has worked within a maritime environment for over 20 years including crewing, passenger safety, skippering and has his boat master certification. Robert is taking over from Neil Sisk who is enjoying a well-deserved retirement.
Big Bear Voyage for Children in Need
We are proud to be sponsoring the Big Bear Voyage 2026 – a UK circumnavigation by Jonathan Brewin, a Universal Marina berth holder, in aid of BBC Children in Need.
The 2,100-mile voyage includes visits at 35 ports and 35 inclusive community walks and events - all with Pudsey Bear at the heart of the challenge and the aim to raise £70,000. Jonathan and his wife Jackie will set sail from Universal Marina in May and will include stops at five other Premier/Boatfolk locations including Weymouth, Dartmouth, Falmouth, Conwy and Brighton. Noss on Dart to Brixham Rally – Saturday 16th May
Join us for another unforgettable rally from Noss on Dart to Brixham on Saturday 16th May! Departing from Noss at 12 noon, cruising over to Brixham where you’ll enjoy wine and antipasti grazing, slow-roasted free range pork and a hearty breakfast the following morning before cruising back to Noss.
